ANNETTE EVANS SMITH is certified as a Grant Specialist,  Project Officer and a Quality Assurance Officer.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies (Legal Assistant).  She has extensive training and experience in the field of grant writing and research. She has 20+ years of paralegal experience performing legal research and drafting. She has conducted various workshops throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex Area. She is also an active member of Mt. Hebron M.B. Church in Garland, Texas.

EDWARD C. SMITH is a training consultant to GHAP 2.  Mr. Smith is a certified organizational developement trainer and is currently a Senior Prescription Benefit Service Representative.  Mr. Smith holds a B.S. in Human Relations and Business from Amber University in Garland, Texas and is currently pursuing a Masters in  Human Resources and Training.  He has over 20 years of experience in client relations, management, training and organizational development and learning facilitation. He is an active member of Mt. Hebron M.B. Church in Garland, Texas
